We're more accustomed to seeing the heat exchanger with the bellows on the bottom (e.g., when an F-1 is displayed vertically), so the ports appear upside down in comparison.

From left to right, the ports are

• Helium supply port
• LOX supply port
• Helium return port
• GOX return port (the liquid oxygen having been converted to gaseous oxygen)
