The water in this area was too murky to get a well-focused shot, but at approximately the 11:00 position in the above-linked photo, the outer circular baffle (which would have been at the lower part of this photo, with the nearly-vertical radial baffle connecting to it) had been ripped loose, exposing the passage through which fuel would flow into the baffle.
