These are the supply and return ports for the helium and oxygen which are expanded by the heat exchanger to provide propellant tank pressurization.

Cleverly, SpaceWorks is using one of these ports to help circulate fluid. I don't know whether the internal heat exchanger tube is still connected to this port, or whether the tube was shaken free and the circulation tube merely forces fluid into the general interior of the heat exchanger.
