The sea recovery cable (with the yellow sheath) and the wide, grey parachute attachment and the disconnect fitting (aka "flower pot"), located between gusset #3 and gusset #4.

The sea recovery cable was used by recovery forces to lift the spacecraft out of the ocean.

All of the drogue and main parachute risers were attached to the command module at the flower pot.
