Note the engine's silver fuel tank just to the upper right of the engine and the oxidizer tank at the extreme right of the photo (covered in crumpled silver foil).

Vernier #2 was a fixed engine; note the straight-forward arrangement of the propellant supply lines (silver lines above the engine, terminating at the engine's left).
