Gemini Heatshield

Mounted on the ceiling in the hall between Gemini 10 and Apollo 13 is an unflown Gemini heatshield, not exposed to reentry-type temperatures.

Like the Apollo heatshield, the Gemini heatshield was constructed of a honeycomb structure filled with ablative material.
