Cernan Center
The Cernan Earth & Space Center is located on the Triton College campus in River Grove, IL (a west suburb of Chicago). While Gene Cernan attended Purdue University (rather than Triton), Cernan's childhood home was in near-by Broadview.
Primarily a planetarium, the Cernan Center's lobby houses a modest collection of space artifacts and an Apollo boilerplate graces the grounds.
