The sign accompanying the Saturn V S-II (second) stage vent port seal and lanyard.

It reads

Vent Port Seal and Lanyard

On loan from Mr. Clint Bestor

I was unable to determine what vent port, specifically, this artifact sealed.

Clint Bestor's father was cryogenics engineer working for Rockwell on the Apollo 11 launch team, and he acquired the lanyard as well as the explosive bolt head on exhibit during the cleanup and refurbishment of the launch pad after launch. His father told him that the lanyard was the last thing that was peeled from the skin of the Saturn V at liftoff. Although he was a cryogenics engineer, Bestor is uncertain as to whether the lanyard was associated with either of the cryogenic propellant tanks.
